Vice President, Enterprise Strategic Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Operations to lead organization-wide operational strategy, optimization, and transformation across a complex, multi-business organization. The role focuses on global logistics, transportation and distribution, network optimization, trade compliance, facilities planning, operational integrations and separations, shared services, and productivity initiatives. The executive will partner with senior leaders to identify and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, financial performance, and long-term value, while business unit leaders retain responsibility for day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include setting performance standards, leading cost and productivity improvements, overseeing facilities strategy, and advancing technology, automation, and process innovation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in global logistics, transportation, distribution, supply chain, or enterprise operations is required, along with a record of leading network optimization and transformation. Direct experience with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integrations, carve-outs, or divestitures is expected, as is the ability to deliver measurable financial results. Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, executive communication, and stakeholder leadership skills are essential; experience with operational technology, automation, and AI is also valued. Experience in relevant commercial or industrial sectors and private equity-backed environments is preferred.
