Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a residential care community serving older adults, including residents who need assisted living and dementia care. The role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting residents and their families, and supervising employees. The Executive Director will manage budgets and financial reports, address operational concerns, and communicate with staff, residents, families, and relevant public agencies. Success requires sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize and resolve issues in a changing care environment. Candidates should have completed at least two years of college and have three or more years of experience providing residential care to older adults, or equivalent education and experience. A valid residential care facility administrator certification or nursing home executive director license is required; five years of supervisory or management experience is preferred. Applicants should be proficient with standard office software and able to understand budgets, perform moderately complex calculations, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care, patience when working with seniors and cognitively impaired individuals, and the ability to make decisions under pressure are also important.
