Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting

The Company is seeking a senior finance and accounting executive to provide strategic leadership across accounting operations, technical accounting, payroll, and financial controls. The role will help scale the finance organization, modernize processes, and build systems and infrastructure to support continued growth. Responsibilities include maintaining balance sheet integrity, strengthening internal controls, improving the financial close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP. The executive will also guide complex transactions, transform high-volume payroll operations, develop finance leaders, and partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives, treasury, and operational priorities. Candidates should have extensive finance and accounting leadership experience in a large, complex organization, ideally with construction or manufacturing experience. They must bring a strong command of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, internal controls, financial close, and balance sheet management, along with a record of leading sizable, multi-level teams. Experience scaling accounting and payroll operations through technology, automation, and process transformation is required. A CPA is strongly preferred, as is public accounting experience and the ability to advise senior leadership on complex financial matters.
