Chief of Staff, IT-OT & Cybersecurity Greater San Juan, Puerto Rico Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, IT-OT & Cybersecurity to advise executive leadership and strengthen governance, coordination, and execution across mission-critical technology functions. The role translates executive priorities into action plans with clear owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes, while leading cross-functional initiatives in modernization, resilience, continuity, emergency preparedness, and critical service restoration. Responsibilities include improving operational processes, overseeing performance metrics and executive reporting, and tracking risk, audit, compliance, and regulatory actions. The Chief of Staff will foster accountability and alignment across teams without taking on functional leaders’ technical or delivery ownership. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and substantial experience leading enterprise initiatives, executive operations, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination; advanced degrees may substitute for some experience. The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive communication, analytical reporting, dashboard development, and proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365. Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments and knowledge of IT governance, cyber risk, or IT/OT integration are preferred. A valid Puerto Rico driver’s license is required; project management, Lean Six Sigma, IT service management, or governance certifications are preferred.
