General Counsel

The Company is seeking a General Counsel to oversee a broad range of legal matters and partner with business leaders while maintaining regulatory integrity. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements; advising on applicable laws, licensing, and gambling regulation; and overseeing corporate governance, board matters, company structures, and internal policies. The role also supports partnerships, investments, transactions, and market entry, while providing guidance on AML, responsible gambling, sanctions, and data protection. The General Counsel will manage intellectual property matters, monitor legal and regulatory developments, and turn them into practical business actions. Candidates should be native Swedish or Finnish speakers with a legal background and experience working across EU jurisdictions. Experience in the iGaming industry and a strong understanding of gambling regulation are required, along with the ability to manage commercial agreements from start to finish. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, hands-on, accountable, and able to balance legal and regulatory risks with business objectives. Excellent English communication skills and the confidence to provide clear, independent advice to management are essential.
