Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead information security and protect its systems and client data. Responsibilities include setting security strategy, developing policies and procedures, and building threat detection, incident response, and escalation capabilities. The CISO will oversee security controls and monitoring across services, networks, cloud infrastructure, and smart contracts, while managing risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and remediation. The role also covers wallet and cryptographic key security, identity and access management, secure-by-design practices, and third-party risk assessment. Candidates should have a university degree in IT, information security, or an equivalent qualification, at least eight years of information security experience, and three or more years leading security in fintech, payments, crypto, or iGaming. Strong hands-on expertise in cloud and network security, security operations, wallet security, key management, and digital-asset custody is required. Applicants should have a proven record of building incident response capabilities and leading incidents through recovery, along with familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and DORA requirements. Offensive security, red teaming, or threat intelligence experience and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are valued.
