Vice President of Finance & Administration Greater Seattle, WA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Administration to lead financial strategy, planning, accounting, and reporting, while providing guidance on organization-wide decisions. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, controls, and reporting, and supports decisions involving pricing, cash flow, capital allocation, and risk. The executive also leads risk management and administrative coordination, builds scalable processes and governance, and sponsors major systems and process transformation initiatives. In addition, the position is responsible for developing a high-performing team and fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, along with at least 12 years of financial management experience, including significant senior leadership experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge, familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements, strategic and analytical thinking, and a record of driving business results are required. Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and team leadership skills are also essential. A master’s degree or CPA is preferred, as is experience overseeing legal or IT functions, leading large-scale transformations, or working in aerospace, manufacturing, or another regulated industry.
