Associate Vice President, Business Analytics & Insights Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Business Analytics & Insights to use data and analytics to support business growth and improve client engagement. Responsibilities include translating business objectives into analytical requirements, integrating and preparing data from multiple sources, and analyzing client segments, behaviors, and engagement trends. The role also involves developing dashboards and reports, tracking business and client metrics, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related role. Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and working in banking, wealth management, or financial services is preferred. Strong SQL skills, familiarity with Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools are required, along with knowledge of data structures, governance, and business data models.
