Associate Vice President, Client Service Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Client Service, to lead client service operations for alternative investment funds. The role oversees teams and department performance, develops and executes business plans, and manages senior client relationships to maintain confidence and satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent service quality, reviewing and approving net asset value files, training and guiding managers and staff, and managing budgets, staffing, and resources. The successful candidate will also improve operational effectiveness, contribute to new business opportunities, represent the organization with internal and external stakeholders, and lead special projects. Candidates must hold a university degree, preferably in business, mathematics, finance, or economics, with an accounting concentration considered an asset. At least 11 years of accounting experience is required, including three to four years of supervisory and financial reporting experience. Experience with hedge funds and funds of funds is essential. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, are also required.
