Associate Vice President, Technology Risk Management Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President in Technology Risk Management to support the implementation and operation of a regional risk framework as an independent Second Line of Defence function. Responsibilities include maintaining technology-risk policies and standards, assessing and reporting technology, cyber, resilience, and regulatory risks, and independently reviewing and challenging risk assessments, controls, incidents, and remediation plans. The role will coordinate with technology, compliance, audit, and risk stakeholders, support regulatory gap assessments, and contribute to oversight of critical systems, vulnerabilities, technology changes, and recovery readiness. The successful candidate will analyze risk data, develop dashboards and management reports, automate recurring reporting, and communicate risk insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates should hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and have 3–5 years of experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, IT audit, IT compliance, or technology governance; banking experience is preferred. Knowledge of technology-risk regulations and standards such as MAS TRM, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, and COBIT is required, along with experience conducting control or regulatory gap assessments and providing independent risk challenge. Strong analytical skills and practical experience with Power BI and advanced Excel are essential. Experience with workflow automation tools is advantageous, as are certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP. Strong communication, reporting, stakeholder-engagement, and prioritization skills are also required.
