Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead its internal technology organization and digital transformation. The role will set IT strategy and roadmap, provide leadership across software development, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, and guide the development of web-based applications. The CIO will partner with senior business stakeholders to understand and prioritize technology needs, manage expectations, and turn emerging technologies into practical implementation plans. The position also involves driving organization-wide digitalization initiatives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience managing a sizable team of 30 or more, including at least eight years leading an IT or technology function. A proven background in software development, particularly with .NET, is required; experience with enterprise resource planning systems is an advantage. Relevant technical skills include C#, ASP.NET, software development life cycle practices, and enterprise applications. A bachelor’s degree is required.
