Head of IT, ECommerce & Retail

The Company is seeking a senior technology leader to build and lead its architecture practice for global commerce and customer relationship management. The role will define and evolve enterprise architecture, modernize commerce platforms, and design omnichannel solutions connecting digital channels with physical retail. Responsibilities include developing platform strategies that apply data, automation, and AI pragmatically; aligning business priorities with technical delivery; and building and mentoring a high-performing architecture team. The leader will also establish architecture governance and communicate technical trade-offs as clear business insights. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of experience and deep expertise in retail and e-commerce solution architecture, including work with complex, global, high-volume omnichannel environments. A strong record of building, developing, and scaling architecture teams is required, along with knowledge of modern data architecture, event-driven integration, and practical AI and automation. Enterprise-scale experience with commerce and customer relationship management platforms is advantageous. A bachelor’s degree is required.
