Head of Operational Technology & Process Innovation

The Company is seeking a Head of Operational Technology & Process Innovation to modernize mission-critical frontline operations. The role leads the end-to-end redesign of operational architectures, using systems modeling, lean engineering, and automation to remove bottlenecks and improve performance in high-volume environments. Responsibilities include directing and mentoring a multidisciplinary technical team, establishing governance and validation processes that move prototypes into reliable production, and partnering with operational leaders to develop technology-enabled workflows. The successful candidate will also implement benchmarking, observability metrics, and automated quality processes across distributed business units. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in process engineering, systems architecture, industrial or operations engineering, or technology-enabled transformation. They must have a track record of leading cross-functional teams through workflow design, automation deployment, and integration with legacy systems. Practical knowledge of automation technologies—such as robotics, robotic process automation, computer vision, IoT, or applied AI—is required, along with experience using disciplined testing and measurable reliability and throughput metrics to deliver projects into production. Strong commercial judgment and executive communication skills are essential for explaining technical decisions and business value to operational and senior leadership.
