Head of Operational Technology & Process Innovation

The Company is seeking a Head of Operational Technology & Process Innovation to modernize mission-critical frontline operations. The role leads the end-to-end redesign of operational architectures, using systems modeling, lean engineering, and automation to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput. The successful candidate will direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team spanning process engineering, automation, robotics, and applied technology. Responsibilities also include establishing technical governance and validation processes to move prototypes into reliable production, partnering with operational leaders to develop technology-enabled workflows, and implementing consistent benchmarking and process observability across business units. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in process engineering, systems architecture, industrial or operations engineering, or technology-enabled enterprise transformation. They must have a track record of leading cross-functional teams through workflow design, automated system deployment, and integration with legacy enterprise systems. Relevant technical expertise may include robotic automation, computer vision, event-driven workflows, IoT and sensor networks, or applied machine learning and AI. The role also requires experience taking projects from pilot to production using disciplined engineering, testing, and measurable reliability and throughput metrics, along with strong commercial judgment and executive communication skills.
