Interim Vice President, Business Finance

The Company is seeking Business Finance professionals at AVP and VP levels to support financial planning, performance management, and business decision-making. The VP will own monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting, lead budgeting and forecasting, analyze results and performance drivers, and present insights to stakeholders. The AVP will focus on cost and headcount reporting, contribute to management reporting and forecasts, explain variances, and support initiatives to optimize costs and resource allocation. Both roles involve improving management information and collaborating with stakeholders across teams. Candidates should have relevant experience in business finance, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, along with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. The AVP role particularly benefits from experience in cost and headcount reporting, while the VP role requires a degree in Finance or Accountancy. Applicants should be detail-oriented, able to translate financial data into clear business insights, and comfortable managing competing deadlines. Experience with SAP reporting and analysis is advantageous.
