Vice President, Real Estate Fund Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate Fund Finance to strengthen financial governance and support a growing portfolio of investment structures. Responsibilities include leading consolidated financial statements and recurring reporting across funds and entities, overseeing audits and internal controls, and delivering management analysis and investor reporting. The role also covers fund operations, cash and liquidity coordination, capital movements, and financing oversight. The successful candidate will support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and restructuring, while serving as a key finance partner to investment and asset management teams and external advisors.
