Vice President, Investment Banking

The Company is seeking a Vice President or Director in Investment Banking to lead the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory transactions across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include building financial models, conducting valuation and financial analyses, and preparing client presentation materials on strategic alternatives, capital markets activity, and corporate finance. The role also involves maintaining current knowledge of clients and potential targets, researching markets and industries, and coordinating with deal teams and other stakeholders. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and have 6–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A. Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills are required, along with sound accounting and finance knowledge. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, with creative problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently under pressure in a high-intensity environment.
