Associate Vice President, Credit Portfolio Management (Leverage & Acquisition Finance)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Credit Portfolio Management, supporting leverage and acquisition finance, with exposure to structured credit, fund finance, and real estate financing. Responsibilities include preparing credit applications, risk assessments, and financial and sensitivity analyses for complex transactions. The role also involves processing approvals and consent requests accurately and on time, collaborating with credit and origination teams, supporting compliance and audit requests, and contributing to regulatory and internal reporting. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in credit risk or portfolio management, including exposure to leveraged and acquisition finance or holding-company and share-backed financing. Strong credit judgment and an understanding of capital structures and financing solutions are required.
