Vice President, AI & Technology Risk

The Company is seeking a Vice President of AI and Technology Risk to shape its AI security risk agenda. The role involves developing and enhancing risk frameworks, policies, and controls, and leading AI-related risk assessments, security testing, and control reviews. The successful candidate will identify emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and control gaps, while advising senior stakeholders on risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and control effectiveness. Responsibilities also include risk reporting, monitoring risk appetite and key risk indicators, and partnering with technology, cybersecurity, and independent risk teams to strengthen governance. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in IT risk, technology risk, or cybersecurity risk, along with strong knowledge of AI security risks such as adversarial attacks, data privacy, and model robustness. Experience with risk frameworks, control assessments, and senior management reporting is required, as is familiarity with financial services regulations and technology risk guidelines. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders are essential. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
