Vice President & Treasurer

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Treasurer to lead its treasury function and support long-term financial strategy and growth. Responsibilities include developing treasury strategies; overseeing cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital; and leading debt, financing, and capital structure activities. The role manages relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and other financial institutions, and supports strategic transactions and capital allocation. The successful candidate will also oversee financial risk management, ensure compliance with policies and controls, and develop the treasury team while improving processes and efficiency. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets, including five or more years leading finance or treasury teams, is required. Strong expertise in cash and liquidity management, debt financing, capital structure, and financial risk is essential, along with a solid understanding of corporate finance and capital markets. The role also calls for excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders, manage stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
