Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Candidates should bring significant senior leadership experience in a regulatory, government, public-sector, infrastructure, or similarly complex environment, along with a record of improving organizational performance, transformation, and culture. A strong understanding of economic regulation, public policy, or related governance frameworks is required.
