The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Corporate Affairs to provide strategic leadership across communications, media, digital and social media, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves advising senior executives, coordinating responses to complex and high-profile issues, and strengthening stakeholder relationships and organizational reputation. The successful candidate will lead an integrated corporate affairs function, guide communications during emerging issues and crises, and translate organizational priorities into clear, coordinated messaging. They will also lead and develop a high-performing team and manage divisional resources. Candidates should bring extensive senior leadership experience in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement within a large, complex organization. They must demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to advise senior executives and manage sensitive issues and reputational risks, and a record of building trusted relationships across government, industry, and communities. Experience leading and inspiring teams is essential, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex priorities effectively. Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience—are required.
