Vice President, Global Operations Greater Syracuse, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Operations to shape and execute an integrated operations strategy aligned with business objectives. The role oversees manufacturing performance across a global footprint, with accountability for safety, quality, cost, delivery, service, and productivity. Responsibilities include developing multi-year plans for manufacturing capacity, facilities, automation, and supply networks; driving operational excellence and continuous improvement; and leading cost and capital investment initiatives. The Vice President will partner with engineering on product launches and build a high-performing global operations organization. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred. They must bring at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing operations and supply chain experience, including five or more years in senior leadership, and a record of leading multi-site operations across countries. Experience with financial accountability, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automotive quality standards, and global supply chains is required. Strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills are essential, along with professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
