Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its operations, strategic planning, and organizational performance. The role includes translating board priorities into measurable plans, overseeing staff and programs, and maintaining effective governance and stakeholder relationships. The CEO will steward budgets, assets, investments, and diverse revenue operations while supporting membership growth, engagement, and service development. The position also involves guiding advocacy, external relations, and communications, while sustaining organizational strengths and leading thoughtful evolution. Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree; an advanced degree or Certified Association Executive designation is preferred. Significant executive leadership experience in a complex organization is required, along with demonstrated success in strategy execution, staff leadership, financial management, and board relations. Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and decision-making skills are essential. Experience in association management, membership growth, advocacy, public policy, or diversified revenue operations is preferred, as is familiarity with healthcare or professional associations.
