Member of the Supervisory Board, Consumer & Industry

The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board with a focus on consumer and industry. The role involves independently overseeing the Management Board, advising on strategic direction, and monitoring organizational performance, risk management, financial planning and reporting, compliance, integrity, and major management decisions. The member will bring a consumer and industry perspective to developments in sustainable and automated mobility, digital services, data governance, and changing expectations around service quality and transparency. They will also help assess the impact of international cooperation and regulation while building constructive relationships with industry, consumer, and other stakeholders. Candidates should bring relevant experience in external services, customer or consumer interests, and service development in a digitalizing society. Knowledge of sectors where public, consumer, and commercial interests intersect is important; experience in automotive, transport, or other regulated industries may be relevant. The role calls for expertise in communication, stakeholder management, digitalization, innovation, data, privacy, and technological change, alongside international and administrative insight. Candidates should understand public-sector responsibilities and government contexts, maintain strong stakeholder networks, and be able to analyze complex or uncertain issues, interpret regulatory implications, and communicate long-term perspectives.
