Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to shape its technology architecture and capabilities for its next stage of growth. The CTO will define and own a multi-year technology roadmap, aligning investment and development with business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing and scaling technology across manufacturing platforms, enterprise systems, automation, engineering, data, and infrastructure, while connecting technology strategy to operations, customer delivery, and decision-making. The role will also build engineering capabilities, protect intellectual property, and establish the systems and data foundations needed to improve efficiency and support growth. The ideal candidate is an accomplished technology executive with significant experience scaling engineering teams and technology platforms through rapid growth. They should bring technical depth, commercial judgment, and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach, with the ability to engage in architecture, product, and design decisions while leading at the executive level. Experience integrating software, data, automation, robotics, and enterprise systems in manufacturing, logistics, industrial, or comparable environments is important. The successful candidate will be adaptable, curious, and effective in a fast-paced setting that calls for ownership and practical problem-solving.
