Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its next phase of growth in a technology-focused B2B and B2G environment. The role is ultimately responsible for the organization, with an outward-facing focus on strengthening customer relationships, developing new market opportunities, and bringing innovative technologies and propositions to market. The Managing Director will shape the organization’s strategic and commercial direction within a broader platform, translating long-term vision into practical decisions and growth initiatives. Working alongside the Operations Director, this leader will focus on strategy, commerce, innovation, and business development. Candidates should have Management Team or Executive Board experience in a technology-oriented B2B or B2G setting, along with a strong commercial background in consultative selling, business development, and long-term customer relationships. They should be able to translate technology and innovation into marketable propositions and have experience supporting growth in an entrepreneurial SME or scale-up. Relevant experience with mission-critical technology or markets such as defense, public safety, or critical infrastructure is required. A higher professional education or equivalent academic working and thinking level is expected.
