Vice President, Sustainability, Performance Acceleration

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sustainability, Performance Acceleration, to embed sustainability into enterprise-wide systems, processes, and decisions and accelerate progress against its sustainability commitments. The role will develop performance strategies with business and sustainability leaders, identify major transformation opportunities, and lead selected initiatives across areas such as leadership incentives, employee capabilities, and priority business functions. Responsibilities include advancing sustainability data and governance systems, supporting assurance and compliance reporting, and overseeing shared programs that deliver impact across business segments, including renewable energy initiatives. The executive will lead a sustainability team, advise senior leadership, and engage with external coalitions to advance sustainability practices. Candidates should bring deep experience leading sustainability initiatives and integrating sustainability into business strategy and programs, along with a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop innovative processes and systems. Significant people-management and team-leadership experience is required. The role also calls for the ability to influence across business units and entities, build cross-functional teams, and collaborate with external organizations. Experience across diverse business types and regions is preferred.
