Vice President of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead software delivery across its technical platforms and products. The role owns the end-to-end delivery roadmap, planning, release management, and risk processes, while directly managing and developing the engineering team. Responsibilities include setting standards for testing, deployment, observability, security, and incident response, and making decisions on architecture and release readiness. The VP will also coordinate delivery commitments with commercial stakeholders and support reliable, secure production operations. Candidates should typically have at least eight years of software delivery experience, including several years leading multiple teams, along with a hands-on engineering background and direct people-management experience. They should have a strong record of production reliability, security, incident response, and leading distributed teams, as well as the ability to explain technical trade-offs to nontechnical stakeholders. Experience in regulated or compliance-intensive environments is required. Familiarity with blockchain, distributed systems, cryptography, digital assets, or engineering governance frameworks is advantageous.
