Vice President, Oracle & Python Technology Lead Remote (anywhere in India)

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Oracle and Python Technology Lead to guide application systems analysis, development, and implementation in coordination with technology teams. The role involves identifying system enhancements, analyzing complex issues, recommending and implementing solutions, and conducting testing and debugging. The successful candidate will collaborate with database administrators, server-side and user-interface developers, and automation engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions. They will also assess risks, support compliance and control practices, and contribute to reliable application development and operations. Candidates should have 12 or more years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience, including performance tuning for critical backend processes, expertise with Oracle objects and complex SQL, and familiarity with logical and physical data models and DDL maintenance. Experience with data migrations and an ETL tool is required; Python, data lineage, and data quality experience are advantageous. Strong collaboration and analytical skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
