Associate Vice President, Corporate Development

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Corporate Development to support its acquisition strategy and deal execution. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating internal and external resources during due diligence, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions, primarily on the buy side. The role also involves conducting industry, market, and company research, sourcing acquisition targets, and building relationships with current and prospective clients. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in transaction advisory services, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or M&A business development. Experience sourcing acquisition targets and a strong record of completed M&A deals are required. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is also required.
