Vice President, Investment Banking, Healthcare

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead healthcare investment banking engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory assignments. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day transaction execution, serving as a key client contact, and overseeing financial analysis, valuation work, and transaction materials. The Vice President will supervise analysts and associates, coordinate due diligence and investor communications, and support senior bankers with client relationships, business development, and pitch presentations. Candidates should have at least five years of investment banking experience and demonstrated M&A execution expertise, particularly on sell-side transactions. Relevant sector experience may include healthcare technology, services, digital health, software, provider services, physician practice management, revenue cycle management, pharmaceutical services, or medical technology. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and client management skills are required.
