Vice President, Fund Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Fund Finance to lead liquidity and financing strategy across a multi-strategy fund platform. Responsibilities include forecasting cash flows, translating deal pipelines and capital activity into deployment plans, and structuring and managing fund-level financing facilities. The role also oversees financial modeling, leverage and liquidity guardrails, currency exposure, and hedging. The successful candidate will partner with investment, finance, and risk stakeholders, strengthen policies and controls, and lead and develop a team. Candidates should have at least seven years of investment management experience, including three or more years in private markets fund operations. Hands-on experience with fund-level credit facilities, such as subscription lines or NAV facilities, is required. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills are essential; coding experience is an advantage. The role also calls for proven team leadership and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
