Associate Vice President, Program Lead, Middle Market Transformation Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Program Lead, to direct an integrated transformation across business capabilities, processes, operating model, and technology. The role is accountable for end-to-end program outcomes, translating strategic priorities into a roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and measurable results. Responsibilities include shaping the future-state operating model, guiding technology delivery, establishing program governance, and managing risks, decisions, and investments. The Program Lead will also drive change management, organizational readiness, implementation, adoption, and value realization while coaching cross-functional teams. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA or other graduate degree is preferred. At least 10 years of related experience is required, including strategy development and implementation, business process design, and leadership of large-scale programs. The role calls for strong leadership, relationship management, technical and industry knowledge, and a record of collaborating across business and technology teams to deliver complex change.
