Interim Senior Vice President, Enterprise Performance Transformation

The Company is seeking an Interim Senior Vice President of Enterprise Performance Transformation to lead day-to-day enterprise performance, process improvement, Lean, organizational effectiveness, change management, and execution. The role combines hands-on leadership of complex improvement initiatives with executive oversight, driving measurable results across large, multi-site operations. The successful candidate will build or scale structured improvement systems and guide organization-wide transformation. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, industrial engineering, operations, organizational change, analytics, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, performance improvement, or healthcare operations. At least five years leading leaders or complex cross-functional work is required, along with demonstrated success delivering large-scale process improvement and organizational change. A master’s degree in business administration, relevant improvement or change-management training, and experience in regulated healthcare or digital transformation are preferred.
