Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and execution leader to the CEO. The role will drive the development and execution of the organization’s growth strategy, transformation agenda, and value creation plan. Responsibilities include identifying and accelerating opportunities for organic growth, market expansion, operational excellence, commercial effectiveness, and strategic investment. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Chief of Staff will align strategy with execution and lead enterprise-wide initiatives to support revenue growth, profitability, organizational scalability, and shareholder value. Candidates should bring strong strategic, leadership, and execution capabilities, with the ability to advise senior executives and lead complex, organization-wide initiatives. The role calls for experience advancing growth, transformation, operational improvement, and commercial effectiveness in a business environment. The successful candidate will be skilled at identifying opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
