Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead transaction readiness, guide M&A financial analysis, and provide finance leadership. The role includes directing transaction preparation and buyer diligence, overseeing financial modeling, challenging assumptions, and ensuring analysis is accurate and decision-ready. The CFO will turn incomplete or inconsistent financial and operational data into credible materials for prospective buyers. They will also work closely with executive leadership, investors, and external advisors in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have prior CFO experience with private equity-backed SaaS businesses and experience leading a sponsor-backed exit. Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and transaction-related reporting is required, along with the ability to guide hands-on financial analysis. Experience with financial and operational data systems, CFO transitions, interim leadership assignments, mid-market companies, or established FP&A teams is preferred.
