Vice President, Enterprise Data & Analytics

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data & Analytics to shape and execute an enterprise data strategy that improves customer understanding, decision-making, and business performance. The role leads data strategy, governance, shared data capabilities, reporting, forecasting, experimentation, data science, measurement, and decision support. The successful candidate will establish clear data ownership, shared definitions, quality standards, and practical governance, while guiding the development of reusable data products and customer intelligence capabilities. In partnership with business and technical leaders, this executive will set priorities, lead cross-functional delivery, and build a high-performing analytics organization that turns insights into measurable outcomes. Candidates should have a track record of leading enterprise data and analytics in complex organizations and delivering adoption, measurable results, and lasting business value. Required experience includes establishing effective data governance, building shared data capabilities or products, and leading analytics and decision science across areas such as forecasting, experimentation, and measurement. Strong business and technical fluency is essential, along with executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve tradeoffs, lead organizational change, and develop high-performing teams. Experience with customer-centered businesses, responsible AI, personalization, or enterprise data platforms is preferred.
