Vice President, Supply Chain Fulfillment Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain Fulfillment to lead the strategy and execution of inventory planning, purchasing, returns management, asset recovery, and supply chain analytics. The role is accountable for balancing customer service, total cost, and working capital while ensuring products are available where and when needed. Responsibilities include optimizing network and inventory positioning, improving supplier performance, driving measurable operational and financial results, and leading capability and technology initiatives. The Vice President will also build and develop a high-performing team and partner across supply chain functions to strengthen fulfillment and support organizational growth. Candidates should bring at least 15 years of progressive supply chain experience, including five or more years in a senior leadership role; distribution and multi-location experience are preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent education and experience considered. Required strengths include executive leadership through change, expertise in ERP systems, inventory planning, purchasing, returns, network optimization, and analytics, as well as strong financial and analytical acumen. Excellent communication, collaboration, talent development, and proficiency with Excel, planning systems, and business intelligence tools are also important; relevant professional certifications are preferred.
