Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its digital health initiatives, with a specific focus on oncology care. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key digital health projects such as data interoperability and analytics, as well as supporting the digital health initiatives of member centers, including EMR and patient engagement. The role involves identifying and sharing best practices in digital health, engaging with stakeholders to determine and prioritize digital health needs in oncology, and promoting research and development in the overall ecosystem. The CEO will also be tasked with ensuring the organization's financial and operational performance, as well as driving fundraising efforts for large strategic projects. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should be senior business leaders with over 20 years' experience in technology and digital transformation, particularly in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large digital transformation projects, strong expertise in a range of technologies including new ones such as cloud, data management, analytics, AI/ML, data security, and service-oriented architecture, and a background in program management. A key aspect of the role is the ability to engage with technology companies and start-ups to create a collaborative platform for co-creation. The CEO will also be expected to have a strong focus on financial and operational performance, and experience in fundraising for strategic projects.
