Vice President, Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their dynamic, multi-site healthcare services organization. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, particularly within multi-site provider organizations. This role is pivotal in overseeing a significant portion of the organization's operating footprint, with a focus on driving performance, standardization, and scalable growth. Key responsibilities include operational leadership across multiple service lines, P&L ownership, and financial management, as well as strategic execution and transformation. The VP will also be responsible for team leadership and development, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations and significant P&L responsibility.
