Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their senior leadership team. This pivotal role is focused on commercial reporting, business intelligence, tax oversight, strategic planning, group reporting, and transformation support. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing reporting against budget, forecast, and long-term trends, and delivering insights for decision-making. They will also lead the development of dashboards using BI tools, manage all tax heads, and support financial planning and business case development. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to provide commercial reporting for the transformation program and take ownership of capital expenditure budgeting. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' PQE in the financial services industry, with a focus on commercial reporting and business partnering. Experience in tax planning and compliance across ROI, UK, and Mainland Europe is required, and proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake is a must. The role demands a candidate with a proven ability in strategic planning, group reporting, and transformation support, as well as strong leadership skills to develop and coach team members.
