Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to take on the full responsibility of its operations and performance. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining the strategic direction, driving business development, and fostering a performance-oriented environment. Key responsibilities for the role include defining strategy, priorities, and business plans with clear targets and metrics, leading and strengthening the organization, driving profitability, and managing key business risks across various areas. The CEO will also be expected to build and develop a high-performing team while reinforcing the company's culture. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should hold a BS/MS, preferably in engineering, economics, management, or law, with an MBA being a plus. Fluency in Italian and English is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a 360° General Manager of multi-plant international businesses with a sizeable turnover, demonstrating a history of profitable growth and business transformation. Experience in process simplification across functions and multi-disciplinary teams is essential, and exposure to both private equity-backed environments and family-owned businesses is a strong advantage. The role demands a hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-focused individual with strong accountability, results orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Adaptability and a forward-thinking attitude are also key attributes for the position.
