Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role with commercial overall responsibility for finance, accounting, and controlling. This includes the management of tax issues and the professional and disciplinary leadership of a finance team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the strategic management of planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as ensuring the efficiency and scalability of financial structures, processes, and ERP systems. The Head of Finance will also serve as a key partner to the management, providing decision-relevant analyses, and will be responsible for a range of financial activities including cash and working capital management, payments processing, and external reporting. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a strong commercial background, with a focus on finance and accounting, and ideally a degree in business administration. Expertise in preparing financial statements in accordance with HGB, and a deep understanding of cost accounting, liquidity management, and business interrelationships are essential.
