Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital transformation, particularly in the areas of multichannel, CRM, data, and e-commerce. This role also involves overseeing retail IT operations, modernizing legacy platforms to scalable, cloud-based architecture, and partnering with business leaders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The CTO will be a key technology advisor, reporting directly to the C-suite, and must have a strong background in IT with a focus on retail or consumer business. To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise system implementation, as well as solid knowledge of retail technologies such as POS, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce. Experience with SAP is a plus. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, and a strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability. The CTO will also be tasked with managing enterprise systems and system integrations, so a background in this area is essential.
