Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in corporate finance, FP&A, and solid PLC relevant exposure. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Board and Group CEO, shaping the financial future and strategic direction of the organization. This pivotal role involves driving the company's financial strategy, capital structuring, and long-term growth agenda. The CFO will also lead strategic investments, capital markets activities, and corporate transactions, and must be adept at deal-making and value creation in a complex, fast-paced environment. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a professional qualification such as ICAEW, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or similar. A proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, particularly within a large, complex organization or listed environment, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, capital markets, M&A, and strategic investments, as well as a deep understanding of listing rules, corporate finance, and regulatory frameworks in Malaysia and/or regional markets. The role requires a commercially driven, strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, and prior experience in diversified businesses or conglomerate structures is advantageous.
