Interim Finance Director, Strategy and Transformation

The Company is seeking an Interim Finance Director with a focus on strategy and transformation. This pivotal role is at the forefront of decision-making, particularly in the context of the company's significant transformation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial aspects of the group's strategy and transformation agenda, including acting as the finance lead in major programs, full ownership of financial governance, and providing financial insight and challenge across M&A, joint ventures, and strategic projects. The role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-moving environment. Applicants for this role should be qualified accountants with a strong background in strategic finance, transformation, or FP&A within a large, complex business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost base analysis, driving cost-out initiatives, and operating in transformation environments. Experience in M&A, corporate development, or complex group/JV structures is essential. The role requires a confident senior business partner who is commercially minded, intellectually curious, and comfortable with ambiguity. The Interim Finance Director will work closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership, providing clear and compelling financial insight that is instrumental in shaping decision-making.
