The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead AI-focused data center and infrastructure transformations, from planning and architecture through implementation and delivery. The role includes advising senior client leaders, translating business and AI needs into hybrid infrastructure solutions, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners. The successful candidate will also grow the practice, develop service offerings and reusable assets, and represent its expertise in the market. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budgets, milestones, risks, and client relationships while advancing innovation in AI, edge computing, and hybrid cloud. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, and extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure modernization and complex project delivery. Required expertise includes hybrid architectures across on-premises, colocation, and hyperscaler environments; AI workloads and GPU platforms; hybrid cloud services; infrastructure automation; and security and governance. Applicants should also bring strong project and team leadership skills, with the ability to advise executives and communicate technical constraints clearly. Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, power and cooling considerations, financial modeling, and large-scale transformation programs is preferred.
