Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Taiwan Technology

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the CTO Technology function, providing both strategic and operational technology leadership to ensure the delivery of resilient, secure, and compliant CTO services. This role is pivotal in strengthening governance, market oversight, and alignment between local, regional, and global technology and business stakeholders. The CTO will be accountable for the transformation of CTO Technology services and change portfolio in Taiwan, ensuring alignment with group standards, regulatory requirements, and technology strategy. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the Taiwan CTO Technology team, governing the CTO change and program portfolio, and ensuring operational risk, controls, security, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves partnering with regional peers to deliver resilient infrastructure and driving technology transformation, including the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior technology leadership, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong knowledge of technology platforms, infrastructure, security, and emerging technology trends. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required, and the candidate should be adept at balancing business priorities, technology strategy, and regulatory requirements.
