Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization's management and strategic development. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and implementing strategic directions, leading the organization to ensure operational effectiveness, and driving sustainable growth in profitability. This includes the identification and management of key commercial, industrial, and financial risks, as well as supporting international growth, particularly in the Far East. The CEO will also be responsible for overseeing a delicate generational transition, with a focus on continuity, managerial development, and business growth. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being a strong plus, and have a proven track record in CEO or GM roles within industrial companies of similar size and complexity. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in managing family businesses. A strong background in innovation and the development of new growth opportunities is essential, and international development experience is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and capable of leading the organization through a phase of consolidation and development with a clear focus on performance and results.
